Recent Training Course Inside The State
Training of Police Officers and Men/Women are part and parcel in Police Department in order to make them sustainable in the fast changing world. With the end of the extremist in Tripura, Police Officers are now have to focus their duty mostly in investigation. So, Police officers are to be equipped with modern techniques of investigation rather than counter insurgency. Though extremist problem in Tripura is almost under control but it raises a great concern in the mind of the common people about the raising of international insurgency like ISIS which may at any time create a great havoc in the state of Tripura being covered by the international boundary from three sides by way of explosions etc. To cope up with the above situations police department are taking initiatives to impart training to all its police officers and staffs.
